Tara is the Executive Director & Founder of Life Without Limits Inc. She earned her BS and Master's Degree in Public Administration and Nonprofit from Rutgers University. With over 15 years of experience, Tara has dedicated her career helping seniors and individuals with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities achieve their maximum potential for growth and independence. In 2020, she established Life Without Limits with the goal of advancing the mission through an inclusive approach and delivering exceptional services.

Patricia Jones is the Chief Operating Office here at Life Without Limits Inc. She is a retired Human Resources Professional with over 20 years of experience in a Fortune 500 company. Leveraging her strong skills and academic background in information technology, she transitioned to start an e-commerce and online coaching business. To stay updated, Patricia engages in ongoing coursework and professional development, enhancing her expertise in coaching strategies, digital and affiliate marketing, copywriting, and search engine optimization (SEO). Additionally, she deepens her understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices to foster a more inclusive work environment.
