• Situational Assessments of consumers skills and abilities, communication and understanding any barriers a consumer can have to employment.

• Consumers are placed in individual jobs in the community, receiving at least minimum wage. Consumers receives support throughout the entire employment process.

Job Coaching

Job Coaches will assist consumers with finding their own independence, with a goal in maintaining their employment long-term.
